Recipe : " Maple snow Cream!!!"

Consider this the first official recipe on this Blog. Maple Ice cream! I was playing in the snow with the boys today, it was beautiful, fresh white, soft snow, still gently falling. When we walked into the virgin backyard I was instantly reminded of a Little Bear show where they made there own ice cream. I HAD to try it... I ran inside for a bowl, a spoon, Whipping cream left over from our Homemade Baileys and the Maple syrup. We filled the bowl with snow, added the syrup and cream, and Viola! PURE, FRESH LOCAL ICE CREAM!!! Why haven't I ever done that before. I am so excited. I just can't believe it. The boys loved it. Guess what we are having for desert tonight after our Beef stew? Ahh, I love winter even more now!
