On Feb 12, yesterday, we opened the invisible city for a couple of hours in the afternoon as an "open studio", a come and explore the arts, if you will. We were there because we wanted to be, because we needed to, we needed to feel creative and alive, to do, to make , to play, and not because we were obliged to or because we signed up and paid for it. You could feel the difference in the room: a playful, open hearted happiness.
We used water colours, pastels, a sprinkling of raw pigments, clay, knitting and poetry.
Our next ART FOR BARTER will be held at the City on Feb 26th from 2-4 pm.
