Irresistible Dessert made in Minutes

This dessert evolved last night, naturally over 3 bowls of ice cream and the help of a serious sweet tooth. I'm sure you find it everything delicious, satisfying and worthy of sharing over Easter or Mothers Day! Reminiscent of childhood and happiness; Lets call it Strawberry Dream!

You will need:

1 cookie per serving. I used a peak frean shortbread
Real vanilla Ice cream
Organic Whipping Cream
Organic Strawberry Jam
A spot of your favorite tea; chai, earl grey...
A pretty serving dish
spoon

Start By placing your chosen cookie in the bottom of your dish. Next, pour a spot of tea over the cookie, just enough for the cookie to absorb in order to soften slightly. Spoon a thin layer of vanilla ice cream on top of the cookie, spread some jam and repeat for a couple of nice layers. finish with a bit more jam and some whipped cream! Lovely.
Enjoy immediately, repeat if necessary!
