I LOVE eggs on Sundays. The dipping Egg is one of my favorites, and the kids have a lot of fun with it too.
My husband was in the restaurant Business a while and says,
to make the perfect dipping egg you:
1) bring a number of eggs to room temp on the counter
2) bring a pot of salted water to a boil
3) carefully lower eggs into water with a slotted spoon
4) boil for no more than 4.5 minutes and no less than 4. remove promptly. I like mine at 4 minutes and 20 seconds!
5) run under cool water to stop the cooking. put in an egg cup, crack and remove the top, salt and enjoy!
