Each day, thousands of times a day we are faced with decisions. Most of the time our choices are so automatic that we make them without consideration of our options. What to eat, what to think, what to wear, what to say, what to watch, where to go, who to be with, what to do and our emotional states are all choices we make. The decisions we make are based on what we believe is true about ourselves and our lives.
Start there. What do you believe is true about yourself and your life? Is there room for expansion or change within those ideas?
Practice by being aware that at every moment of the day you have a choice on what that moment will feel and look like. Make the choice that best matches who you consciously choose to be!
Ask your self ( do it now) " what am I thinking?" realize that in this moment you have the choice to think about anything you want, might as well make it a good one!
