Slow down Sally!
I caught myself in a moment recently where I had rushed to make dinner and get the family to the table. Part way thru my meal, I realized just how quickly I was eating, as I was still in the former vibe of rush. I took a deep breath, put my fork down until I could slow my self down enough to enjoy my meal and take in the experience. Since, I've been consciously taking steps to avoid that feeling again! If you've ever had dinner in a busy, loud restaurant, or home and experienced heartburn, indigestion or plain dissatisfaction from that experience than I know you can relate.
