Todays Meal Plan for Self and Family
Beakfast:
Scrambled eggs. 5 between me and the 3 boys
toasted English muffin with butter and jam. I had 1/2 piece
Baked apple sauce
Snack:
Grande Americano coffee with a splash of milk
homemade blueberry yogurt muffin, made with b. rice flour. Boys only
Lunch:
9 bean and tomato soup
After school and tobogganing Snack:
Hot cocoa
dried fruit and nut mix. (our local walnuts are delicious and buttery!!)
Dinner:
We are eating out and I have no Idea what will be served, but I'm not concerned.
The boys will have dessert of course, but not for me or my new lululemon pants!
