Breakfast:
I fed the boys first this time, Yogurt and brown rice cereal. I did my 30 mins of excercize, then had protien shake. (frozen strawberries, whey and water)
Snack:
Apple
Lunch:
Whole wheat mini pizza, mine with goat mozzerella and the boys with cheddar. I used the thintini bun.
Baby had mushy peas, millet and hummus.
Dinner:
Stir Fry With onion, mushroom, frozen broccoli, bean speouts. and rice. Of course the rice was imported, but thats it!
