Here are some Pictures form the Mother Earth Alters Class Juliette and I started this weekend. The energy was just right, with that relaxed Sunday kinda feel. We thought about how important it is as women and Mothers to get out and do something entirely for ourselves, (unashamedly and guiltless) to feel that we deserve to spend time and money on us, EVEN ON A SUNDAY MORNING! What delightful self love.
After a lot of painting and discussing, it was time for a break. These lovely lemon, spelt scones made by Juliette served with fresh whipped cream and blueberries, enjoyed by all, set the tone for some exhilarating group work.
