Keeping track of what you are eating can be simple by keeping a "diet diary". However if you aim to remain aware of what the family is eating with out having to hold on to your grocery bills, menu plans or recording a diet diary for everyone (uggg) I have a simple suggestion for you!
Take a photo of the fridge! Do it after a shop and before the next one. Do this for a as little or as long as you wish. Take a look over the photos. What do you notice? What would like to see more of? What is consistently at the front? Things at the front are there because they get used most!If your a visual learner (like me), this is a great way to make Changes, and an easy way to manifest. Ask your self what you want to see, then go and buy it! Easy!
