Make your own Bagels!

I was looking through  an old cookbook that I picked up from THE FARM during my stay there with Juliette many years ago. Yes, Ina May's farm in Summer town Tennessee, where we ate delicious, vegetarian food all together around a giant table each day. They even made there own tofu! There was a small health food store on the grounds where I picked up their cookbook. Flipping through, I came across a recipe on how to make your own Bagels. They kids love them, and I thought it would be something fun to do together. It was pretty simple and they tasted great! I thought I'd share the recipe...

we used spelt flour and added poppy seeds after boiling but before baking.
