Harvest GATHERING

Our first GATHERING this October was small, cozy and intimate. We grazed on soft, seedy fresh figs, local apples, pears, so juicy and sweet, hot mulled cider, homemade gingery ginger cookies and naturally sweet date squares. Fresh creamy goats cheese and old sharp cheddar, walnuts and tiny golden grapes. Over candles and conversation we shared an honest look at the heart and soul of food and what that means to us individually. Our theme for this particular gathering was infusing food with conscious intention.

Gratitude, unity, comfort, love and nostalgia

we made a communal batch of cranberry sauce, for the upcomming Thanksgiving holiday,
 infused with love and intention.

Gatherings are a monthly meeting place to enjoy a bit of seasonal, local food, company, stimulating conversations about food and even a little experiment here and there!

We meet at the Invisible City, 474 botsford st, Newmarket the second Tuesday of each month.
