Most people that I have shared even just a few moments with, mention the accumulating stress of preparing for the "holidays". It's suddenly December, the calander is full, if not too full, and there's still a lot to do. But isnt it supposed to be the most wonderful time of the year? It can be, when we simplify, take time to relax and be present enough to enjoy the festivities. If you feel a little overwhelmed, your not alone! So lets start by treating ourselves to a night of comfort, Joy and Pleasure!
This month, we will gather pot luck style, so bring something either that brings you great comfort, or Joy or pleasure, and something you cant wait to share!!! Wear your most comfortable clothes, unwind and indulge in what is supposed to be the seasons' best! If you want to bring a musical instrument, be my guest!
