Bring water to a boil and let it the liquid boil down until it reduced a little more than half4. Refil with water and repeat 2-3 more times.5. When cool enough to handle, strain.This is your ginger decoction, it will be strong.To make ginger tea, warm the liquid, add boiling water to your desired dilution. You may like to add some raw honey, fresh lemon juice, cinnamon or a pinch of cayanne pepper.Ginger tea is useful for stomach upsets, to enhance digestion, to fight a cold or flu, or sore throat, to warm you up from the inside out and to bring a rosy glow to your cheeks!I will often prepare a Thermos of hot ginger tea during these cold winter months to drink throught the day!Last but not least, make sure to enjoy you tea in your favorite mug!~enjoy
