Make healthy snacking easy and it will work for your family! We hosted a party this weekend where someone brought a huge veggie tray. I decided not to through out the empty container, but to re-use it. Today, in 20 mins, I cut up a ton of fresh veggies, put a dip in the middle, covered it and put it back in the fridge. I'll pull it out to feed my hungry kids after school and have quick access to preped veggies when making their lunches, which means THE CHANCES OF SERVING VEGGIES GREATLY INCREASES BECAUSE I TOOK 20 mins TO MAKE IT EASY TO DO SO!!!
Find ways to eat healthy with you family fun and easy and you'll be amazed at the results.
They can't eat what you don't serve, they can only eat what you do serve. Choose wisely!!
