This WEEKS family menu

I thought I would just post our family dinners. They are the only meal , esppecially in winter that really changes or gives rise to excitment. And the only time that we are all eating the same thing. Normally for breakfast its Organic oats, either quick cook, or steel cut it I remember to put them in the crock pot the night before. Apple sauce, or our own canned peaches with yogurt. Usually a smoothie with the summers frozen fruit, hemp seeds and protein pwdr. The rest of the day, its nuts and seeds, dried fruit, appples, humus and crackers, carrot sticks, cheese, homemade cookies or muffins....... Ok, so this weeks dinner plan MONDAY beet borcht green peas (my favorite) perogies TUESDAY baked chiken breast with a Mushroom sauce wax beans rosti (shredded potato formed into a patty) WEDENSDAY chicked and Rice Casserole I always bake extra chicken to make a quick casserole with the next day. I throw in frozen peas and onion, some spices and stock. THURSDAY mushroom, onion and tofu stir fry Rice FRIDAY Steak potato, mashed I think. broccoli I usually decide the weekend menu closer to the end of the week.
